Terms & Conditions

Set out below are the terms and conditions of all memberships, casual sessions, Personal Training, Special Offers and Challenges in relation to New Body Loading PT. If we do not enforce our agreement rights at any time, it does not mean we have waived those rights, no matter how long we wait.

Member Obligations

Membership at New Body Loading PT requires, you, the Client, to update your contact details when they change. Comply with these terms and conditions and all guidelines in this agreement, pay all agreed fees, ensure sufficient funds are available to cover all fees and advise the studio in advance if you bank account or credit card or other payment method is closed or changed, inform us in advance if there are any risks to your health and if appropriate seek approval from your doctor or other health care practitioner before you undertake any training session.

When your membership is due to end, you will receive an email 28 days prior letting you know that your term is due to end and that it will auto renew into a new term. If you do not wish to renew your membership, you must let us know in writing before the term is due to end at contact@newbodyloading.com.au. If you wish to change the type of membership you currently have to a different type, you must let us know in writing before the current term is due to end. Otherwise the agreement is ongoing at its current settings and will roll over into a new contract.

ONLINE COACHING

As an Online Coaching client you agree to a 4 week training block paid weekly. You understand that if you choose to cancel your Online Coaching membership with New Body Loading you will still be required to pay for the week/s remaining in your 4 week block. As an online client you agree to fortnightly zoom check-ins which can be booked via the booking platform, taking progress photos and updating your body metrics weekly. 

Automatic Renewal of Membership

Client acknowledges that the Agreement will be automatically renewed on date outlined in their contract and specified in the clients specific terms to their membership. Each term shall begin the day following the previous expiration date and shall continue, in perpetuity, until such time as the Client follows the necessary cancellation process in regards to their membership terms. Client may also incur an membership increase based on the current CPI rises upon renewal of the Agreement terms. This increase shall be automatic and New Body Loading will provide written notification in the form of an email to clients provided email address7 days prior to said CPI increase. Any price increases are at the discretion of New Body Loading PT whether it is passed on or not.

Cancellation of PT Sessions

New Body Loading PT requires all Personal Training sessions to be booked in advance. If a client fails to attend a booked PT session payment will be charged in full or if a member provides less than a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice of cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

Suspension of Membership

The client may suspend their membership at any time under the following conditions: The client must give 7 Days notice from the start date for suspension. Must be in writing to the business email (contact@newbodyloading.com.au). Maximum suspension of 4 weeks.

There will be a $5 ongoing admin charge while on suspension.

Freeze of membership & direct debit must be received in writing 7 days prior to the start date for suspension. Freezes on membership must be a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks. 

We cannot accept written notice over the phone, via social media or Google DM’s

Promotions & Offers

14 Day Trial Experience Offer Terms & Conditions: The 14 day trial experience promotion is an introductory offer for new clients only. To be used within 14 days from the first session booked.  Not valid with any other third-party offer. One per person only. Please see general terms and conditions for full membership details. Can not be transferred to a different client.

Purchasing of New Body Loading products

Due to hygiene reasons refunds will only be provided for faulty goods where a replacement is not wanted. Faulty item is required to be sent back to New Body Loading PT for quality control purposes.
