Due to hygiene reasons refunds will only be provided for faulty goods where a replacement is not wanted. Faulty item is required to be sent back to New Body Loading PT for quality control purposes.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. We use Australia Post to send all orders with a tracking number provided upon request. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
