I am a small fitness studio in Seacliff. We have an indoor studio and outdoor space available for our sessions depending on weather. I have a wonderful selection of equipment and a large variety when it comes to sessions.

A space to be strong and challenge yourself what ever that looks like to you. A place where you can work at your own pace and be encouraged by me as much or as little as you like.
Engaging members to understand how their body moves and why their strength and body health is so important.
OUTDOOR
We have a beautiful outdoor area available to us as well as long as the weather is acceptable. A lot of the programs we do are indoor outdoor. The fresh breeze coming from the ocean is so nice and sometimes a bit more than we need 😉 but that's ok. We take it all in our stride and work with what we've been given on the day.
