For most of your 12 weeks you will be training glutes 3 times a week. I have added an extra cardio day or active recovery day at the end of the week should you like so inspiration. What you do on your other days is completely up to you but I would like you to remember that if growing your glutes is your main priority then what ever you do should be working towards that goal.
