1:1 Personal Training session customised to your fitness level and goals. We can focus on over all fitness or dive a bit deeper into your technique if you like. We have the opportunity to disect what may not have worked in the past. It doesn't matter if you are currently going to the gym or classes elsewhere, in fact I actually encourage it.

Get yourself a membership to your local gym and I will take care of the rest.

Have all of your progression taken care of. Only a small amount of equipment is needed to complete online workouts but if you have more available then that's fantastic, let me know and we'll factor that into your sessions. 

To make the most of your training periods Online Coaching is purchased in 4 week blocks and reassessed at intervals specific to the client.

We know how important health and fitness is to everyone and the ladies out there that not able to participate in traditional gym fitness or fitness classes should not be missed so for that reason, I am happy to announce that I will be offering

Adaptive Personal Training services through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
